A tank described as narrow-profile or doorway-accessible is not a guarantee that it will fit every doorway, stairway, basement, garage, utility room, or installation path. Measurements and project conditions should be verified before purchase or delivery.
BBQ cleaning
Cleaning results depend on a grill's materials, age, finish, prior maintenance, grease and carbon buildup, corrosion, and overall condition. Cleaning does not restore damaged, rusted, deteriorated, scratched, discolored, or failed components to new condition. The cleaning scope may vary by grill design and condition.
BBQ repair
Repair recommendations and costs may depend on diagnosis, grill condition, model identification, access, and the availability and compatibility of replacement parts. DoorTank cannot guarantee that every grill can be repaired or that discontinued or model-specific parts will be available. Additional problems may become apparent during inspection or service.

You are responsible for ensuring that DoorTank can safely and reasonably access the area or equipment involved in an accepted service appointment.
Safety and right to decline service
DoorTank may refuse, stop, reschedule, or limit work when conditions appear unsafe, information is materially inaccurate, required access is unavailable, appropriate parts or equipment are unavailable, or the requested work falls outside the service DoorTank is able to provide.
